The van in front of me turns on their left turn signal (at about 10 seconds in) to indicate that they want to switch lanes. The Volkswagen either did not notice the turn signal or intentionally shoots forward to block the van. The van either does not notice this, or decides to move over into the other lane despite the Volkswagen being there. Some horn honking is exchanged, then the Volkswagen shoots off.
